Refund policy

7-day returns. You can return any item within 7 days of delivery, in the same condition you received it, with any accessories it came with.

Open-box items. Some products are sold as open-box (no retail box). Each listing states the condition (for example "without box 9/10" or "10/10"). Open-box items are genuine and tested before dispatch, and they are covered by the same 7-day return policy.

Faulty or wrong item. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, message us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you.

How to return. Message us on WhatsApp +92 334 4445980 or email order.gadgetbazaar@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We will arrange the return with you.

Refunds. As orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are sent to your bank account or mobile wallet once we receive and check the returned item.
